Lands, Housing and Infrastructure, together with the Department of Risk and Disaster Management, the Seychelles Infrastructure Agency and other stakeholders, recently met with residents of Ross Lane, Mont Buxton to discuss concerns surrounding the ongoing housing development in the area.
Residents raised issues including noise, dust, parking and road access, while Government representatives reaffirmed their commitment to responsible development, transparency and continued community engagement.
The meeting reflected a coordinated whole-of-government approach aimed at ensuring that development projects are implemented with the wellbeing, safety and quality of life of residents in mind.
