Secretary of State for Lands and Housing Mr Joseph Francois recently held technical discussions with project teams and contractors regarding the final stages of several ongoing housing projects, including La Gogue, Ex Zelia, Anse Francois, Brillant and Les Mamelles.
The discussions focused on final touches, quality assurance and ensuring that all works are completed to the highest standard before handover. With these projects now reaching completion stages, emphasis is being placed on overall finish, neatness and readiness for occupancy.
SS Francois also stressed the importance of maintaining timelines, addressing outstanding issues promptly and ensuring that future residents receive housing units that are safe, durable and completed with care and professionalism.
The ongoing engagements reflect Government’s continued commitment to delivering quality housing developments and improving living conditions for Seychellois families across the country.
