Vice President Sebastien Pillay, together with his delegation, recently visited the North East Point Rehabilitation Hospital project to assess the progress of works and ensure that the project remains in line with contractual obligations and agreed timelines.
The visit formed part of ongoing efforts to closely monitor major infrastructure projects and address any outstanding issues that may affect delivery and quality standards.
During the site visit, discussions were also held with project teams and contractors regarding the pace of works, overall coordination and the importance of maintaining high construction standards as the project advances
