A team from Lands, Housing and Infrastructure, together with representatives from the Property Management Corporation (PMC), conducted site visits to several housing estates today, including Caryole, Dolphin Court at Anse Aux Pins, Orchid Village and the Transit Houses at Barbarons, among others.

The visits formed part of ongoing efforts to assess the condition of Government housing stock, identify maintenance and renovation needs, and engage directly with residents on issues affecting their living environment.

The exercise also provided an opportunity for the team to evaluate the overall state of the properties, identify priority interventions and gather information that will support future improvement and rehabilitation works.

Such visits are essential in ensuring that Government housing remains safe, functional and responsive to the needs of residents, while contributing to the continued enhancement of housing communities across Seychelles.
