A significant milestone in Seychelles' housing journey was marked today with the official opening of the Brillant Mid-Range Condominium, where six Seychellois families proudly received the keys to their new homes.
Located at Brillant in the Les Mamelles District, the development is the first Government-designed and Government-constructed mid-range condominium project where the cost has been shared between Government and the new homeowners. While homeowners financed the cost of their units, Government invested in the external works and supporting infrastructures.
Constructed by Reliance Engineering Services Limited, the project was completed in June 2026 following the commencement of works in July 2025.
Today's ceremony reflects Government's continued commitment to making home ownership more accessible while investing in quality housing and stronger communities for Seychellois families.
